Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and revenue.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer objectives.

Requirements:

- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain and currently hold)
