About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a NMCI Support Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Navy Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain NMCI hardware inventory, including monitors, keyboards, peripherals, and computers.
  • Execute Move-Add-Change (MAC) requests, buildouts, and other related NMCI business processes.
  • Communicate updates and changes to the NMCI catalog of services to stakeholders.
  • Support NMCI contract line items, including software, services, and work requests.
  • Assist with NMCI hardware refreshes and cellular/wireless requests.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, with 50% of the time spent on-site and 50% remote.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in NMCI Support, service desk, or IT Help Desk.
  • Demonstrated experience with Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Enterprise Tool (NET) hardware and software asset ordering and tracking.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification or equivalent IAT Level II certification.
