Route Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Guayakí Yerba Mate. As a Sales and Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for selling, delivering, and merchandising our complete line of products to small and large format stores throughout the Sacramento area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated sales route, servicing existing customers and acquiring new accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and excellent service
- Maximize sales opportunities by promoting company products and identifying customer needs
- Build and merchandise displays throughout each account with Guayakí Yerba Mate product
- Ensure accurate product delivery and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Driver's License with clean driving record and meet DOT driving standards
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Previous sales experience is desirable, but not required
- Additional Language skills an advantage
