Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable Clerk Specialist will be responsible for receiving and entering invoices, processing payments, and reconciling AP transactions to the general ledger. This role requires an Associate's Degree in accounting with two years of equivalent work experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word, strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and entering invoices
  • Processing payments
  • Reconciling AP transactions to the general ledger
  • Maintaining vendor information
  • Uploading AP transactions to the general ledger

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in accounting
  • Two years of equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Adaptability
