**Job Title:** Talent Development Specialist

**Location:** Memphis, TN

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team at RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy. This role is responsible for designing and implementing training programs to elevate team performance and ensure clarity in job expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and a proven track record of success in training and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training programs to meet team needs.
  • Develop and deliver training content, including presentations, workshops, and online modules.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Monitor and report on training metrics, including participation rates and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, including instructional design and delivery.
  • Proven experience in adult learning principles and training evaluation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • High self-accountability and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated alignment with RedRovers core values.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
