Job Overview

We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition and Management to join our team at Allworld Project Management LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support talent acquisition, HR programs, and initiatives.
  • Implement employee professional development strategies, including coordinator development, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Create and manage the HR budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor legislation, and ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources roles.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief People Officer, or another senior HR executive role.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $115,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
