Position Overview:
- Create, execute, and assess firmwide strategies aimed at enhancing attorney competencies
- Regularly review training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Work in partnership with firm leadership and practice group heads
- Design and broaden training initiatives for attorneys at various career levels
