Role Overview:
The BOH Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing all kitchen staff within their designated areas. This position takes charge of operations in the absence of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring compliance with established standards and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing production demands.
Primary Responsibilities:
To guarantee guest satisfaction by guiding team members in the safe and timely preparation and service of food.
To ensure strict adherence to recipes and maintain the integrity of food quality in accordance with shelf standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to drive success in back-of-house operations.
- Previous supervisory experience in a culinary environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling practices.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and organized.
- Dedication to quality service and food excellence.
- Experience in training and supervising culinary team members in accordance with recipe specifications.

Key Tasks:

- Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and applicable laws.
- Develop and implement action plans for EcoSure Audit improvements.
- Address guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a secure and safe working environment for staff and guests.
- Provide guidance to team members on operational and procedural matters.
- Foster a proactive and innovative approach to skills development within the team.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations by completing all required checklists promptly.
- Exhibit initiative in planning for future operational needs.
- Strive to exceed expectations of both guests and team members.
- Cultivate positive guest relations and anticipate future requirements, relaying insights to the Executive Chef for food quality enhancement.
- Model company dress code and appearance standards, ensuring team compliance.
