Dishroom Leader

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dishroom Leader to join our team at Hard Rock International. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for food and beverage preparation and storage.

• Assign tasks to kitchen staff and ensure that all areas are properly stocked and equipped.
• Conduct daily inspections of hand stations and restock as needed.
• Distribute cleaning supplies and chemicals to kitchen staff.
• Monitor productivity and performance of kitchen staff and report any issues to the Stewarding Supervisor.
• Review daily checklists with the Stewarding Supervisor and assign tasks as needed.
• Conduct spot checks of all areas during daily rounds.
• Communicate with the Chef on duty and the Stewarding Supervisor throughout the shift.
• Manage chemical and supply inventory and request replenishments as needed.
• Inspect storage areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure that all kitchen staff maintain a neat and clean appearance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a back of house restaurant environment.
• Ability to work varying schedules to meet business needs.
