About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring all customers feel valued and supported.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives, promoting financial literacy and education.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in G-Suite and other relevant software applications.
