Key Responsibilities:
The Driver will be responsible for delivering customer-focused transportation for residents, facilitating their participation in community activities and appointments.
Core Duties:
- Transport residents for personal errands, appointments, and group recreational events
- Organize vehicle schedules for resident trips and life enrichment activities, providing reminders as necessary
- Maintain community vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles, providing additional support as needed
- Lead or assist in resident group activities when required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must maintain a driving record in compliance with company policies
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and time management abilities
- Ability to pass background checks as mandated
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Valid Driver License
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Completion of specific training within the first few months of employment
- Ongoing education requirements to maintain certification
