We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter with comprehensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including talent sourcing, initial screening, and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates utilizing the company’s database.
- Evaluate candidates' resumes and applications.
- Conduct preliminary screenings using various reliable recruitment tools and methods to identify qualified candidates.
- Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Implement and adhere to HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the team.
- Serve as a point of contact and cultivate strong candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
- Maintain daily communication with clients.
- Enhance the company's reputation as a premier workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter.
- Practical experience with various selection processes (e.g., phone interviews, reference checks).
- Proficient in using recruiting software (e.g., Zoho Recruit, TSS, Salesforce).
