  • Project Leadership: Lead the execution of multiple New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Technology Introduction (NTI) projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Management: Organize, motivate, and guide cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project goals, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting open communication.
  • Project Planning: Define the engineering scope statement and work breakdown structure for the project in collaboration with the program manager (PM) and project stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Resource Allocation: Forecast resource requirements for project execution and delivery, engaging with functional organizations to ensure adequate resourcing and minimizing delays.
  • Performance Monitoring: Manage and report on technical performance, project budget, schedule, scope, and risk, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with support functions across the matrix organization to achieve results, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Scope Management: Manage and coordinate internal- or external-driven scope change requests, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Customer Support: Support engineering response effort for customer and internal B&P requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend creative approaches to meet the technical and project requirements, streamlining engineering processes to cost-effectively execute advanced products.
  • Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of technical data is generated for the assigned projects, consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Monitor and communicate project status, business issues, and significant developments to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Review and Governance: Lead the project in key stakeholder reviews, including internal program or business reviews, and external customer reviews, ensuring project goals are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded.
