Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless dining operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide guests through their dining experience, taking orders, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Clear and sanitize tables, bussing dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed.
  • Restock and maintain restaurant supplies, including linens, utensils, and condiments.
  • Assist with catering orders, including delivery when applicable.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience is not required - we will train you.
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment, including the coffee machine, iced tea machine, and point of sale (POS) system.
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
  • Current Food Handler's Card (where applicable) or willingness to obtain.
