We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at TalentBridge. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Use forecasting tools and techniques to predict customer demand and optimize inventory levels.
  • Implement inventory control policies to minimize excess stock while ensuring product availability.
  • Coverage includes the coordination of transportation, distribution, and logistics activities.
  • Streamline supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
