Job Title: Foreperson - Utility Pole Inspection

Grid One Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreperson to lead our utility pole inspection team. As a Foreperson, you will be responsible for overseeing the inspection and maintenance of wooden poles used to carry power lines and other above-ground utility lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a crew of field workers in providing routine maintenance and remedial treatment of wood poles
  • Collect field data and maintain daily and weekly reports
  • Achieve expected safety, quality, and production goals
  • Maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Experience with wooden pole inspection is preferred but not required
  • Ability to read maps and navigate in congested areas
  • Independently manage time and workload to meet deadlines
  • Mechanically inclined and has experience with a variety of tools
