Automotive Detailing Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Make-Ready Technician/Detailer. This role is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Train and Assist: Collaborate with other make-ready and detail technicians to ensure seamless workflow and efficient vehicle preparation.
- Maintain Inventory: Order and manage make-ready supplies to ensure timely delivery and minimize downtime.
- Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between department staff and sales managers to facilitate the process for new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Detail Client Vehicles: Provide exceptional attention to detail to ensure client vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for delivery.
- Adhere to Policy: Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
- Damage Notification: Promptly notify service of any damage or issues to facilitate timely claims processing.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality control inspections of all vehicles before being brought to the frontline.
- Coordination: Coordinate with sales and service to ensure on-time deliveries and minimize delays.
- Department Meetings: Attend department meetings to stay informed and contribute to team discussions.
We are looking for an individual with a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 months of related experience, and a strong attention to detail. Candidates with equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
