Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer support to resolve billing, invoicing, and contract-related concerns.
  • Investigate and process disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Answer contract-related questions and provide clear, concise information to customers.
  • Process invoice adjustments in financial and CRM systems.
  • Document all activities and tasks related to customer concerns in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and send written correspondence to customers regarding resolution of their concerns.
Requirements
