Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer support to resolve billing, invoicing, and contract-related concerns.
  • Investigate and process disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Answer contract-related questions and provide clear, concise information to customers.
  • Process invoice adjustments in financial and CRM systems.
  • Document all activities and tasks related to customer concerns in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and send written correspondence to customers regarding resolution of their concerns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
