Key Responsibilities- Provide superior customer support to resolve billing, invoicing, and contract-related concerns.
- Investigate and process disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Answer contract-related questions and provide clear, concise information to customers.
- Process invoice adjustments in financial and CRM systems.
- Document all activities and tasks related to customer concerns in the CRM system.
- Prepare and send written correspondence to customers regarding resolution of their concerns.
