Job Summary
The PFS Customer Service/Support Specialist plays a critical role in assisting patients and providing customer support services to the patient financial services department. This position requires a high level of emotional maturity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in stressful situations.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist patients with financial assistance applications and provide customer support services
• Work independently and demonstrate a high tolerance for interruption of tasks
• Multi-task and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong work ethic

Requirements
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Two years of experience in hospital billing/collections or medical related billing/collections preferred
• Ability to work independently and function effectively in stressful situations
