Job Summary

Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a skilled Network/Communications Engineer to support military customers in Beaufort, South Carolina and Parris Island, South Carolina, with additional travel locations within the United States.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring networking hardware and software to provide creative, innovative, and thoughtful technical solutions for Nakupuna Solutions' client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support verification site surveys at government installations to identify and document current network infrastructure.
  • Implement technical solutions for new and existing clients in collaboration with Senior Network/Communications Engineers.
  • Provide feedback on improvements to technical solutions.
  • Maintain accurate network diagrams, inventory, and documentation.
  • Configure network routing and switching equipment.
  • Understand networking technologies, topologies, and protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with IP-based Data networks using Cisco IOS.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a global team environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to apply knowledge and experience in decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Technology-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications and networking.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience delivering solutions to government clients.
  • Cisco CCNA, CCNP Certification desired.
  • Active Secret Security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
