Job Title:
Supply Technician

Job Summary:
Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Supply Technician to join our team. As a Supply Technician, you will be responsible for providing logistical support and ensuring the maintenance coordination of BTTR is satisfied.

Responsibilities:
• Implement the BTTR Property Control System and serve as the BTTR Property Coordinator.
• Ensure procurement management meets applicable plans and directives to support mission needs.
• Provide supply support and prepare and submit supply support plans to meet applicable regulations.
• Perform inventories at intervals to meet contract requirements and maintain inventory records.
• Determine and maintain required quantities of on-site spares, support equipment, consumables, bench stock, and technical documentation.
• Oversee the preparation of all equipment, supplies, documents, and data for shipment.
• Oversee loading, transporting, and unloading all equipment and supplies to support operational, maintenance, overhaul, and logistics requirements.
• Oversee identification of discrepancies in shipments received and maintenance of files on all shipping documents for outbound/received items.
• Coordinate all pickups and deliveries to/from supply and ensures courier services are provided as required.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained to meet transportation requirements.
• Ensure all equipment preventive and corrective maintenance work is scheduled.
• Report logistics status and monitor repair status using the IEMS System.
• Maintain supply forecast requirements and report mission-critical items.
• Verify priority parts needs.
• Maintain files for requests for services.
• Implement and coordinate a system for updating and reporting inventory changes to meet contract requirements.
• Familiar with FAR Part 45, Government Property.
• Implement and oversee the Property Management Program for the range.
• Designated as a part-time property coordinator assisting the Property Administrator.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal logistics training (military/Government desirable)
• Two years' experience in property management, supply, and procurement management
• One-year experience utilizing electronic supply chain/tools (MAXIMO preferred)
• Proficient with current word processing, database management systems
