As an Account Executive, you will be the face of Reward Gateway, consulting with HR professionals to understand their business and key objectives. You will tailor a world-class solution to their unique challenges, driving revenue growth and improving employee engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the entire sales cycle from prospect to close, you will develop sales strategies for your territory to drive revenue growth from new logo sales.
  • Develop a sales pipeline that supports quarterly and annual revenue goals, through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner development.
  • Cultivate client relationships by building and maintaining strong connections with key partners at mid-market and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Conduct presentations, showcasing the value proposition of our SaaS Employee Engagement and Wellbeing solutions.
  • Track sales performance and forecasting, using Salesforce as the CRM tool.
The Experience and Key Skills You Will Have:
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant B2B, SaaS sales experience (preferably in the HR tech sector).
  • Strong sales toolkit, including prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Proven track record at meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with senior team members.
  • Ability to work remotely with up to 20% travel.
