Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner specializing in wound care to conduct regular assessments in Long Term Care settings. This role is designed for part-time engagement, requiring 2-3 days of service each week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with wound care needs.
2. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
3. Ensure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained.
Work Schedule:
This position offers a flexible work schedule, allowing for a balance between professional responsibilities and personal commitments. The compensation is structured based on a full-time equivalent, providing competitive remuneration for part-time hours.
Qualifications:
