About the Role

The Beverage Supervisor is a key member of our team at AEG, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beverage department. This role requires a strong leader who can direct and manage a team to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize profits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct all activities of the beverage department, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Conduct monthly inventory to ensure accurate tracking of all alcoholic beverages.
  • Coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment to meet the needs of our restaurants and catering operations.
  • Oversee the financial responsibility of the beverage outlet, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and marketing.
  • Develop and implement beverage training programs for the F&B team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor beverage inventory and pricing, making adjustments as needed to optimize menu offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to ensure timely and accurate beverage orders.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and reliable environment for customers and employees.
Requirements
  • Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • College degree preferred, with experience in food and beverage or restaurant management.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to delegate duties and make quick decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management.
  • Must be punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
