Restaurant Operations Manager

As an Arby's Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive work environment and exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your leadership skills will be essential in developing, motivating, and caring for your team. You will work closely with the General Manager and management team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to satisfy our guests and drive repeat business.
- Train and coach your team to excel in their roles.
- Utilize Arby's Systems to optimize restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and labor control.
- Implement restaurant controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and labor management.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals for service, guest satisfaction, operations, and financial results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in foodservice.
- A completed background check is required for all management positions.
- Placement into a management position will be contingent upon ACW Corporation's review and approval of background check results.
- Serve Safe Certification is a plus (Training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified).
