Job Title: Concession Stand Worker

The Concession Stand Worker is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of menu items to our guests.
  • Sell items and collect payment, providing correct change as needed.
  • Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Carefully enter all sales into the cash register to ensure accurate recording.
  • Clean up, store product, and remove trash and garbage to the dumpster.
  • Serve patrons' food and beverage orders quickly and in proper portions, with a courteous demeanor.
  • Verify I.D. on all customers ordering alcohol.
  • Suggestively sell and up-sell items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area, adhering to company standards.
  • Interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Perform arithmetic operations involving all United States monetary units (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
Qualifications:
  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Must be able to work fluently in English.
  • Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps.
  • Ability to work all Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
