The Assistant Manager at Frontier Justice plays a crucial role in the success of our firearms and retail operations. As a key member of our management team, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities of our stores, ensuring a safe, secure, and profitable business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Managing Retail Floor Operations: Coordinate staff to ensure exceptional client service standards are met, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and secured.
- Identify Client Requirements: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, maintain product knowledge, and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Staff Management: Coach and develop sales staff to maximize profits, ensure opening and closing procedures are followed accurately, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Regularly review inventory, minimize loss, and maintain compliance with all legal and health requirements. Ensure the facility and spaces are clean and safe, and facilitate special events and classes as directed.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships within the organization, with external vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Requirements:
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years old or older.
- Education: High school diploma required, with college hours preferred.
- Experience: Preferably 3-5 years of retail management experience.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods on the sales floor.
Additional Information:
- Normal Overtime/Extended Work Hours: May be required.
- Physical Audits: Must be able to physically audit and inspect all operations.
Salary Range: $17-$20 per hour.
