Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming orders from sales teams, customers, and affiliates with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the COA Clerk position by gathering Certificate of Analysis documents from vendors and BakeMark QA.
  • Retrieve COA information and submit it to customers using their preferred method.
  • Process customer credits and debits, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Interact directly with customers, vendors, sales teams, and warehouse employees to resolve inquiries and issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with one to three months of related experience and/or training.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software, word processing software, and 10-key.
