A leading provider of innovative packaging solutions seeks an experienced Automation Controls Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems development and PLC programming.

Salary:

$70,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Description:

The Automation Controls Specialist will design, develop, and troubleshoot control programs for custom automation equipment. This includes programming control systems using PLCs, stepper/servo drives, pneumatics, and other specialized controllers. The successful candidate must be able to program Panasonic and Allen-Bradley brand PLCs and controllers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in PLC programming, with a strong understanding of electrical controls and mechanical mechanisms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
