RN Trauma Coordinator FT Days Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Trauma Coordinator to join our team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Provide education to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
