RN Specialty Interventional Radiology FT Days Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Specialty Interventional Radiology FT Days to join our team at Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.
- Provide education to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
