RN Trauma Coordinator FT Days: Delivering Compassionate Care

We are seeking a skilled RN Trauma Coordinator to join our team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a key member of our trauma care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient experience
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
