We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac team at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital. As a Cardiac RN, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- One year of RN experience, preferably in a cardiac or critical care setting.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred.
