Patient Access Representative 1, Full Time

The University of Miami is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Access Representative 1 to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Your primary duties will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing them to their requested destination. You will also be responsible for maintaining a tidy and clean reception area, as well as handling general administrative tasks such as sorting mail and faxes.
Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors and direct them to their requested destination
- Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a tidy and clean reception area
- Handle general administrative tasks such as sorting mail and faxes
- Assist with other duties as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
