Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engagement & Market Development Specialist to join our team at Consolidated Communications Enterprise Services, I. This role will play a vital part in driving local engagement and growth as the market liaison within the applicable local community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Organize and execute local events to foster sales and community engagement
  • Establish strategic presences with local entities, including businesses, user groups, community organizations, HOAs, and multi-dwelling unit (MDU) properties
  • Sell into such verticals and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support sales and marketing campaigns
  • Adapt local sales strategies based on market trends, characteristics, and competitive intelligence
  • Monitor the market, gather customer insights, and engage sales teams and partners to provide ongoing feedback
  • Ensure compliance with assigned expense budgets and reporting guidelines
  • Collaborate on subscriber penetration strategies as they relate to applicable market non-subscribers, customer upgrades, and MDU sales
Requirements
  • Proven ability to work within a dynamic sales culture with high-performing teams
  • Strong customer orientation through applicable local market interaction
