Main Responsibilities- Organize and execute local events to foster sales and community engagement
- Establish strategic presences with local entities, including businesses, user groups, community organizations, HOAs, and multi-dwelling unit (MDU) properties
- Sell into such verticals and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support sales and marketing campaigns
- Adapt local sales strategies based on market trends, characteristics, and competitive intelligence
- Monitor the market, gather customer insights, and engage sales teams and partners to provide ongoing feedback
- Ensure compliance with assigned expense budgets and reporting guidelines
- Collaborate on subscriber penetration strategies as they relate to applicable market non-subscribers, customer upgrades, and MDU sales
- Proven ability to work within a dynamic sales culture with high-performing teams
- Strong customer orientation through applicable local market interaction
- Exceptional partnerships within all areas of the applicable market and organization
- Excellent interpersonal leadership, influencing, and presentation skills
- Solid experience in launching and managing multiple projects simultaneously
