Job Summary

SYNC Residential is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead our teams and successfully oversee our Central Texas portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Oversight: Supervise and monitor on-site staff toward achieving the financial and operational goals of the property.
  • Leadership: Directly supervise the activities of all on-site employees and seek to operate the property within a 5% annual variance between budget and actual dollars.
  • Financial Management: Approve expenditures and ensure the property operates within budget.
  • Marketing and Sales: Maintain current market and neighborhood information to ensure relative pricing of the property and develop marketing and advertising programs to maximize market position.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all move-ins are walked with the resident and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and review performance of all on-site personnel, directing their activities to ensure job satisfaction, acceptable productivity levels, and career progression where earned and available.
  • Administrative Tasks: Approve all invoices for goods or services received at the site, administer company policies and procedures, and complete all required reports in a thorough and timely fashion.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a Regional Property Manager role (Multifamily) is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to create, view, and interpret reporting, thorough knowledge of financial reporting, and experience in budget preparation.
  • Physical and Mental Requirements: The Regional Property Manager position requires the ability to perform tasks that involve writing, keyboarding, grasping, turning, using finger dexterity, giving and receiving verbal communication, and working indoors and outdoors in all conditions.
