Your Responsibilities
The Associate Portfolio Management Specialist supports the Portfolio Director in the daily management of single-family home rentals. This role involves overseeing financial operations and engaging with residents to ensure adherence to policies while delivering excellent customer service.
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Assisting in the management of a portfolio of single-family residential properties in alignment with company goals and standards.
- Supporting the Portfolio Director in maintaining occupancy rates, fostering positive resident interactions, and fulfilling all reporting obligations.
- Delivering outstanding customer service by addressing resident move-in/move-out needs and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitoring and managing relevant reports and tasks.
- Overseeing accounts receivable processes, daily deposits, reconciliations, and collection efforts.
- Addressing resident and property-related issues as they arise and documenting them in the designated property management system.
- Assisting with electronic record-keeping, including maintaining lease files for residents in assigned areas, ensuring quality control in document management.
Your Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative roles within Property Management or a related field.
Possession of a valid driver's license, an insurable driving record, and access to a personal vehicle.
Familiarity with property management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
