We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team in Madison, WI. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in communication strategy, content creation, and project management.
About the RoleThe Communications Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that align with company goals. This includes writing, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications, as well as coordinating with departments to ensure clear and timely communication.

- Manage media relations, including press inquiries and organizing interviews.
- Maintain and update company websites, blogs, and other platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor communications.
- Collaborate with other teams on promotional campaigns and corporate events.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread for clarity and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with content management systems and basic HTML is a plus.
- Knowledge of PR strategies and media relations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
