In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include the planning, design, and management of utility infrastructure projects. Collaborating with local officials, water service providers, and environmental regulators, you will deliver effective and sustainable solutions. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you engage with clients during site visits and public meetings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Kentucky Engineer In Training (EIT) certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and management of water and wastewater utility projects within a consulting framework.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, particularly Civil 3D.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective report writing and presentations.
  • High organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Capability to allocate project resources, adhere to schedules, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Motivated to exceed expectations and committed to ongoing professional development.
