Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Kentucky Engineer In Training (EIT) certification, and at least 5 years of experience in design and construction administration of water utility and wastewater utility infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is also required.
