Lead Business Development and Sales Efforts

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for leading business development and sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.
  • Supervise and train a small team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales and business development experience, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to train and develop a small team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
