Client Services Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Associate to join our team at Heather Stern. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide day-to-day operations support, including responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Client Relationship Management: Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support to meet their financial goals.
  • Onboarding and Account Management: Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through the process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Transaction Verification: Verify and facilitate client account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other pertinent activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to offer comprehensive support.
  • Client Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of client service strategies to optimize customer experience.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Manage client documentation and ensure accuracy in records and data entry.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor client accounts, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in client services or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office suite, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
