About You

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Heavy Housekeeper/Floor Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas, including offices, resident rooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and public areas
  • Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and soiled linen in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning solutions safely and effectively
  • Report equipment and cleaning product needs to supervisor in a timely fashion
  • Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
  • Ability to work around food and cleaning products
  • Must live in the service area
