About the Internship Program

WSFS Bank is seeking college students to participate in the Summer Internship Program. This paid internship provides formal onboarding, mentorship, peer interaction, project work, and executive exposure, as well as volunteer and social events. Interns can work with various Bank departments, including Bank Operations, Consumer Lending, Mortgage, Cash Connect, Risk Management, Small Business, Consumer Strategy, and Human Resources.

  • A dedicated network of support, including a formal mentor and peer-to-peer interaction

  • Social events to engage with peers and division leaders
  • Participation in business line workshops, DE&I resource groups
  • Potential opportunity to join WSFS as a full-time Associate upon successful completion of your summer internship

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A business-related or related college major is preferred.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2025
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews and orientation with Human Resources.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including working on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
  • Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
