- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
- Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for NetSuite inquiries, projects, and troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing NetSuite.
- Stay updated with the latest NetSuite enhancements to maximize system performance.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a NetSuite administrator role or similar capacity.
- In-depth understanding of NetSuite functionalities, including SuiteScript development.
- Experience with system integrations and data migration processes.
- Proficient in creating saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom forms, and workflows.
- Expertise in custom record types, fields, roles, permissions, and the NetSuite data model.
- Familiarity with other ERP systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CRM functionalities within NetSuite.
- Understanding of CPQ processes and their integration with NetSuite.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
