Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project schedules and guarantee the punctual delivery of deliverables.
  • Execute business process risk evaluations and formulate testing methodologies.
  • Draft and revise business process cycle documentation.
  • Lead discussions and walkthroughs of operational processes.
  • Remain informed about new financial directives and aid in their execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders, foster relationships, and propose solutions.
  • Create high-quality reports and presentations adhering to project deadlines.
  • Facilitate client-facing discussions and meetings.
  • Conduct additional tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • SECRET Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least five (5) years of experience in audit preparedness, financial operations, internal controls, or accounting for Federal Government Agencies
  • Experience in financial statement audits or audit remediation within the Department of Defense or other Federal Government entities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience in assessing federal financial business process controls
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
