We are seeking a Customer Experience Development Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing large amounts of inbound and outbound customer interactions in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Identify customer needs and provide information on service availability
- Partner with service advisors to research issues and provide solutions or alternatives
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
- Participate in team and process training sessions to maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
- Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner
- Partner with brand managers to manage daily workload within the service department regarding reservations
- Contact and communicate with customers to identify service needs
- Responsible for managing customer contact information within the CRM
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Provide information on alternative transportation programs
- Must have a flexible schedule to include Saturday rotation
- Starting pay of $16.00/hr
Regularly required to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods, use hands to operate a keyboard and telephone, ability to stand/walk as required.
