Community Outreach Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Outreach Manager to join our team at RK&K. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public outreach strategies to engage with our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Public Outreach Communications Plan
  • Support the creation of communications materials, including reports, presentations, and social media content
  • Attend public meetings and provide input on community concerns and documentation
  • Draft emails and meeting recaps for senior management review and approval
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and provide input on project-related matters
  • Review and provide feedback on QC work performed by Community Liaisons
  • Coordinate logistics for external project meetings as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
  • Experience in a similar role or industry preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
