Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Tech Sr. to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing advanced maintenance and repair services for our aircraft-related production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical malfunctions in production equipment
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance inspections and repairs
  • Set up and calibrate equipment on scheduled intervals
  • Backup process parameters and PLC programs for all equipment
  • Input data into CMMS system for machine reliability and control
  • Implement project objectives on key pieces of automated equipment
  • Recommend or initiate modification or replacement of equipment components
  • Interface with management and production personnel regarding automated equipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5 years experience working with electrical controls and mechanical applications in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with aircraft-related production equipment and aerospace industry
  • Knowledge of PLC and drives, electrical schematics, and blueprints
  • Ability to work 2nd shift and troubleshoot voltage up to 3 phase 480 volts
  • Working knowledge of CNC equipment and GSE equipment
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management software
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazardous conditions. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
