Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Tech Sr.

Join Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, a leading manufacturer of business jet aircraft, as a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced maintenance and repair services for our aircraft-related production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical malfunctions in production equipment
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance inspections to ensure equipment reliability
  • Set up and calibrate production equipment according to schedules
  • Backup process parameters and PLC programs for all equipment
  • Input data into the CMMS system for machine reliability and control
  • Implement project objectives on key pieces of automated equipment
  • Recommend or initiate modification or replacement of equipment components
  • Interface with management and production personnel regarding automated equipment
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5 years experience working with electrical controls and mechanical applications in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of PLC and Drives, as well as CNC Equipment and GSE Equipment
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and blue prints
  • Working knowledge of replacing spindles, ball screws, linear guide ways, bearings, hydraulics repairs, and precision machine alignments
